We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with your order number and issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Buykerlo Returns Dept, Lahore, Pakistan
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
